SUMMERSIDE — The fourth and final suspect wanted in relation to Sunday’s robbery at a Water Street Hotel has been arrested.
Forty-year-old Scott Bruce Dalziel turned himself into Summerside Police Thursday afternoon around 2:30 p.m.
On Tuesday, police obtained a warrant of arrest for Dalziel.
Also arrested in relation to the robbery which occurred at the Quality Inn on Water Street are Aaron Christopher Prichard, 34, and 26-year-old Congjie Tan.
The arrests follow a shooting that involved police Sunday around 5 a.m. where two officers were staking out a Duke Street residence when two people exited the building. One was taken into custody without incidence. The second, 32-year-old Jeremy Stephens, is said to have resisted “with violence” leading two officers to discharge their weapons. Stephens died later that day.
Dalziel will remain in police custody at least until his court hearing on Friday.
