CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. – Charlottetown Police Services received a complaint Sunday at 8:19 p.m. regarding an assault on Hillsborough St.

Police were informed that a man punched another man in the face.

Police arrested a 30-year-old Cornwall area man with assault. The victim, a 36-year-old resident of Cornwall, sustained no serious injuries.

The accused man will be appearing in Provincial Court at a later date.
