The city is warning the public about possible traffic delays today.
Deep River Drive and Seapine Court on Thursday will be reduced to one lane alternating traffic to allow for milling. Motorists should seek alternate routes but sidewalks will stay open.
Also, to allow for Water and Sewer Utility repairs, the outbound lane on Mount Edward Road — from Fairview Drive to Hillside Drive — will be closed to traffic for the day with a detour in place for traffic moving out of the city around Fairview Drive. Sidewalks on the east side will also be closed. Motorists are again advised to seek alternate routes.
