SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. - The name of the person(s) holding a winning lottery ticket worth $1 million remains a mystery.

The Atlantic Lottery Corporation confirmed after the Nov. 25 Atlantic 49 draw that the winning ticket had been purchased in Summerside.

When contacted by the Journal Pioneer on Thursday, ALC spokeswoman Carla Bourque said the agency has been contacted by a potential winner but to date no one has officially come forward to claim the prize.

More details will be released once the winner claims the prize.
