SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Jenifer Ashley MacArthur, 30, of Summerside pleaded guilty to two counts of theft of items valued at less than $5,000 and one count of breaking and entering into a business.

The charges are from June 30 in Wellington Centre, and July 17 and Sept. 12 in Summerside.

MacArthur was sentenced to serve 50 days in jail, which she received permission to do intermittently, and 24 months of probation. She must also pay a $100 victim surcharge.
