Summerside woman gets suspended sentence for assault

SUMMERSIDE – Jerika Lynn Slaunwhite, 20, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to a number of assault charges.

The charges include four counts of assault against five different women. They took place between November and June, 2017, in Summerside.

Slaunwhite received a suspended sentence, must serve 24 months of probation and must pay $400 in victim surcharges.
