A 27-year-old Summerside man and an 18-year-old woman were arrested this morning and charged with mischief when they were caught spraying graffiti on a building.
At about 5 a.m. on Sept. 14, a member of the Summerside Police Service observed two people on the roof of a Water Street business in the process of spraying a tag on the building.
The woman was released from custody and will appear in provincial court at a later date to answer to a mischief charge.
The man is being held in custody until he appears in court later today to also answer to one count of mischief. The accused man already has two outstanding graffiti-related charges.
