Port Charlottetown hires new CEO

Mike Cochrane, chief operating officer with the Confederation Centre of the Arts, says a company based out of Quebec is busy installing new main stage and orchestra floors that will lift and lower far more reliably than the old 50-year-old floors did. The work is expected to cost $2.2 million and is the final phase of a $17 million renovation to the Homburg Theatre.
