Charlottetown Police Services was conducting routine patrols early Monday night on Mt. Edward Rd, and saw the weaving vehicle.
Officers stopped it, and soon determined the driver was drunk.
The accused man, a 26-year-old resident of Cornwall, was put in jail and will be appearing in Provincial Court at a later date.
In other police reports, Charlottetown Police Services received a complaint Monday about threats.
Police were informed by the alleged victim that she had received death threats.
As a result of an investigation, police arrested a 39-year-old resident of Cardigan.
The accused man will be appearing in Provincial Court at a later date.
