A P.E.I. man who defrauded a Superstore was sentenced recently to 30 days in jail.

Richard Anthony Graves appeared before Chief Judge Nancy Orr in provincial court in Charlottetown after previously entering a guilty plea.

Graves will serve the sentence intermittently and he will be on probation for two years.

He is banned from the Superstore he defrauded and must pay a $200 victim surcharge.
