CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - A 32-year-old man who is facing a charge of break, enter and commit a sexual assault will be back before a justice of the peace in court next week.
Gregory William Lunn made a brief appearance Friday morning before a justice of the peace in Charlottetown during a show cause hearing to determine if he should be kept in custody.
The matter was adjourned until Aug. 15.
The RCMP arrested Lunn Thursday after investigating what they described as a home invasion.
