A 30-year-old man with a prior conviction for drinking and driving was sentenced recently to 30 days in jail for failing the breathalyzer.
Joshua Charles Corrigan appeared before Judge John Douglas in provincial court in Charlottetown for sentencing after previously entering a guilty plea.
Along with the jail time, Corrigan will be on probation for four months and is banned from driving for two years.
He must also pay a $100 victim surcharge.
