The City of Charlottetown's public works department expects to be de-icing and/or clearing and hauling snow Wednesday night, meaning parking restrictions are in effect for the city.

Motorists are advised that between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. Thursday anyone parking on City streets tonight risks being ticketed and/or towed.
