No jail, no fine for P.E.I. man who stole from grocery stores four times

Tyson James William Wall, 20, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to four counts of stealing merchandise, from the Atlantic Superstore, of a value less than $5,000.

The charges are from July 12, 13 and 16, 2017, in Summerside and July 14, 2017, in Charlottetown.

Wall was given a suspended sentence, must serve 18 months of probation and must pay a $400 victim surcharge.
