2.) In other police news, on Thursday, May 18 Charlottetown Police was told about a break and enter alleged to have occurred at a residence on Young Street. It seems to have occurred sometime throughout the day, and resulted in the theft of a laptop computer with charger. Anyone with any information is asked to use the police contact options listed above.
3.) Also on Thursday, Charlottetown Police Services got a report of a person’s purse stolen from her vehicle while it was parked at a residence on North River Road.

4.) Again on Thursday, May 18 Charlottetown Police got a call about vandalism at a property on York Lane.
“A suspect has been identified and the matter is under investigation,” said a police report issued Friday.
5.) On Tuesday, an investigation began into an allegation of internal theft at a local business. A 20-year-old man is now charged and will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
