An 18-year-old Covehead man was charged with impaired driving early Friday morning.
Charlottetown Police Services received a complaint at 1:45 a.m. July 20 regarding a possible impaired driver on Grafton Street in Charlottetown.
Police located the vehicle and determined the male was impaired.
The accused will appear in provincial court at a later date.
Police encourage the public to report any instances of impaired driving by calling 911.
