Long River man guilty of not showing up to court, assault

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Graham Eric Caseley, 52, of Long River, has been found guilty of failing to attend court as required and assault.

The charges against Caseley are from April 19 and Jan. 23 in Long River and Summerside.

He was sentenced to serve 19 days in jail and received 19 days credit for time he’d already spent in custody. He must also serve 18 months of probation and pay $200 in victim surcharges.
