The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission has suspended the liquor licence for Outriders Cookhouse in Charlottetown for two days this holiday season.
The commission said in a press release that a violation under the Liquor Control Act Regulations took place and will affect the restaurant from 9 a.m., Dec. 26 to 9 a.m. Dec. 28.
They listed that all licenced premises shall be vacated no later than half an hour after the prescribed closing hour.
This liquor licence suspension will not affect the operation of the dining-room area, which will continue to observe it’s normal hours of operations during that time.
