CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - A P.E.I. man who stole a radio was given a suspended sentence Monday in provincial court.

Wayne Joseph Mosher, 26, appeared before Judge John Douglas in provincial court in Charlottetown for sentencing after pleading guilty to the theft.

Mosher will be on probation for nine months and must pay $100 in restitution to Murphy’s Pharmacy, which is where he stole the radio.

He must also pay a $100 victim surcharge.
