Environment Canada today is predicting a Halloween night of clear skies and a slightly chilly +5C.

On P.E.I. today, early morning temperatures ranged from a high of 14.1 at East Point, to a low of 10.2 in Maple Plains and Harrington.

The Confederation Bridge is open to all traffic today and flowing smoothly this morning, but a warning is in place that wind my restrict traffic sometime between 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. today.

All flights into and out of Charlottetown Airport are showing to be on time.

WEATHER TODAY:

    A mix of sun and cloud.

    TEMPERATURE:  High of around 14.

    WIND: Remaining strong southwest, gusting to 40, then increasing this morning with gusting to 60.
