Matthew Lachlan MacLean, 23, of West Devon has pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while also having a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit.
The charge is from Oct. 15, 2016, in Inverness.
MacLean was sentenced five days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently, and must remain on probation until his time is served. He must also pay a $1,300 fine and a $390 victim surcharge. He is also prohibited from driving for 12 months.
