Filmmaker Krista Loughton chronicles her personal experience befriending four chronically homeless people in her film called “Us and Them”.

“Using the First Nations Medicine Wheel, she sets out to help them, but in the end they end up helping her,’’ says a release on the film.

The United Way of P.E.I. and the Cooper Institute are partnering to host the event.

The film will be shown at 3 p.m. in the Don and Marion McDougall Hall.

Admission is free, but donations are accepted at the door.

Loughton will answer questions from the audience following the screening.
