The city’s protective and emergency services committee moved resolutions at council’s June public meeting to deal with three unsightly properties.
The properties in question are located at 10 York Lane, 79 Kenwood Circle and 13 Robert Ave.
The public works manager has been authorized to cut grass and remove any fallen trees and subsequent undergrowth that would lead to the existence of animal life.
It also gives the city the right to remove any other debris or material, clean up and properly dispose it. This is all done at the owner’s expense.
