A bed and breakfast is in the works for Upper Prince Street.

City council voted unanimously on a resolution during Monday’s meeting to increase the density/lot area requirement from 6,135.6 square feet to 5,298 square feet in order to operate a bed and breakfast.

In the same resolution, council voted to approve a request to consolidate the lots at 153 Upper Prince St. and a portion of 149 Upper Prince St. subject to a final pinned survey plan.
