Products and services should be available again by mid-day Monday, Sept. 18 or possibly sooner.
During this outage lottery draw games and “Pro-line” will not be available at retail outlets. Scratch tickets and break-open product will still be available for purchase.
Atlantic Lotto’s website alc.ca will not be available. Also during this time no tickets can be validated or prizes paid. Winning numbers will be posted on AskAway.ca. They will not be available at retail stores or at alc.ca.
This outage paves the way for more than the replacement of ALC gaming systems. Once in place, the changes will provide new experiences at the over 3,000+ retail locations that use ALC products as well as online and on mobile devices. The update includes new websites, new apps, a new draw game and online games, new player services and new analytics and tools.
Atlantic Lottery is publicly owned by the four Atlantic provinces.
