The Charlottetown Mall is losing another tenant.

Samuel & Co. is running an advertisement in The Guardian promoting a closing out sale which got underway on Thursday.

An employee at the store said its doors will be closing April 24 and Pseudio will take over the space. Pseudio began in Halifax in 1985 and now has 30 stores across Atlantic Canada and Alberta.

The Guardian tried to contact RioCan, which owns the mall, but the call was not immediately returned on Thursday.

The Samuel & Co. website says that: "established in Halifax, N.S. in 1996, Samuel & Co., has focused its initiatives on providing the ladies of Atlantic Canada with boutique fashions in the convenience of a mall setting."
