If you’ve always wanted to watch the Super Bowl with the federal leader of the Opposition, you’re in luck.

Interim Conservative leader Rona Ambrose will be in Prince Edward Island on Feb. 7 and will be the special guest for a Super Bowl party being held at a pub in Charlottetown.

This will mark Ambrose’s first visit to the Island since taking over as interim leader of the federal Conservative party after the October federal election.

Ambrose has been serving as leader of the official Opposition in Ottawa.

The event is a fundraiser for the P.E.I. Progressive Conservative party.

Tickets to attend this Super Bowl party with Ambrose and P.E.I.’s interim PC party leader Jamie Fox cost $75.

It will be held Feb. 7 in the upstairs venue of Hunter’s Alehouse on Kent Street beginning at 6 p.m.

The big game will be shown on big-screen televisions.
