The coming bad weather is already leading to cancellations with both public school boards announcing classes are cancelled today.

UPEI has delayed opening until noon with a further update at 10:30 a.m.

The delay means exams scheduled for 9 a.m. will have to be rescheduled for a later date.

Holland College is also delaying opening until noon with a further update at 10:30 a.m.

All ferry sailings between Wood Islands and Caribou have also been cancelled until further notice.
