Inverness woman sentenced for driving with blood alcohol level above limit

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Teri-Lynn Maria McFadyen, 24, of Inverness, has pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit.

The charge is from May 6 in Summerside.

McFadyen was sentenced to serve three days in jail and must pay a $1,000 fine and a $300 victim surcharge. She is also prohibited from driving for 12 months.
