CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. – Holland College has transferred a portion of land it acquired for its new residence on Grafton Street to a neighbour.

The small strip of land, around 70 square metres, is at the eastern boundary of property.

The college transferred the land to neighbouring business M-5 Enterprises to accommodate a renovation project. The transfer will ensure the renovation will be aesthetically pleasing to students in the new Grafton Street residents and to passers-by.

The college says it is committed to working with businesses and individuals in the neighbourhood for the betterment of the community.
