Charlottetown’s parking commissionaires wrote out a total of 2,586 parking tickets in December 2017.
That was an increase from the 2,537 tickets that were issued in December of 2016.
For the year 2017, a total of 36,532 parking tickets were issued, down from 41,041 tickets that were issued in 2016.
Under the nuisance bylaw, 49 tickets were issued in December 2017, bringing the total for the year to 722. Under the dog bylaw, 24 tickets were issued in December, bringing the total for the year to 351.
