SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Phillip Michael Dyment, 28, of Piusville, has pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while also having a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit.
The charge is from April 8 in Summerside.
Dyment was sentenced to serve three days in jail and must pay a $1,000 fine and a $300 victim surcharge. He is also prohibited from driving for 12 months.
