Charlottetown police will hold annual bike auction on Saturday

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Charlottetown Police Services will hold its semi-annual bike auction Saturday, Sept. 22.

Viewing begins at 9:30 a.m. with the live auction beginning at 10 a.m.

There are approximately 50-60 bicycles up for auction that had been abandoned, suspected stolen and recovered but never claimed, or simply misplaced.

Funds raised during the auction support children’s education through Charlottetown Police Services.

The auction will be held in the rear parking lot of police headquarters, located at 10 Kirkwood Dr.
