Charlottetown parking restrictions continue Friday night

A City of Charlottetown plow clears Spring Park Road last winter after a major blizzard left more than 70 centimetres of snow on the ground. The city's winter parking restrictions go into effect on Sunday, Nov. 15 and exist to allow snow-clearing and de-icing equipment to work more efficiently.

The City of Charlottetown's will continue to de-ice and/or clear and haul snow Friday night.

Drivers are reminded that overnight winter parking restrictions will be enforced at the discretion of Charlottetown Police Services.

Anyone parking on city streets tonight risks being ticketed and/or towed.
