The award-winning Island music group Fiddlers' Sons will play a concert at St. Joachim's Parish Hall in Vernon River on Sunday, March 11 from 2-4 p.m. 

The concert is being held to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. The band will feature many popular Irish songs from their repertoire. They will also perform popular requests from the band's recent recordings, written by band members Eddy Quinn and John B. Webster.

As well, some lively instrumental selections will be played by the group's fiddler Courtney Hogan-Chandler and multi-instrumentalist Keelin Wedge. 

St. Joachim's Parish Hall is located on highway 3 in Vernon River beside St. Joachim's Catholic Church. There will be a 50-50 draw, canteen service. Admission is at the door.
