“We’re all really encouraged by submissions we’ve received and, as usual, blown away by the talent they showcase,” comments Andrew King, editor of Canadian Musician magazine and current president of Music P.E.I.’s board.

“Needless to say, we’re also excited about the increased scale and scope of Music P.E.I. week for this year and the opportunities it will bring to the Island’s music fans, industry members and most importantly, our artists. We all have a lot to look forward to. In my mind, May can’t come soon enough.”

As part of an upcoming press conference, Music P.E.I. will announce details about the Bell Aliant Canadian Song Conference and the Credit Union May Run Music Festival. Included among the announcements will be the festival headliners, schedules, tickets and more. Visit musicpei.com for full details.
