It's not our choice to make
LETTERS TO THE EDITOR Editor:
Re 'The choice belongs to those suffering' (The Guardian Nov. 17, 2009): Choice is great, but when you are dealing with life created in God's image (we are not talking animals here), God alone is the judge.
The Lord gives life and the Lord takes away life. In other words, God decides when you leave this earth. It could be accident, sickness, war, famine, etc.
Euthanasia, suicide, abortion and murder have this in common. It involves the premature death of a person created in God's own image and is an ungodly choice.
Evolution, atheism, liberalism, humanism, etc., wish to stamp out God's authority. People's hearts grow cold when ungodliness abounds.
