Charlottetown’s Winter Walk on the Boardwalk takes place in Victoria Park on Sunday, Feb. 11, 1-3 p.m.

The event is part of the city’s Winter Active campaign, a series of free activities designed to encourage people of all ages to be more active during the winter months.

Participants can meet inside the Carriage House at Beaconsfield. There will be free hot chocolate and cookies available to participants after the walk.

In addition to the Winter Walk, the city offers other activities such as snowshoeing, family skates and a 10-week learn to run program.
