Living Life after Stroke sessions start Wednesday with four planned across P.E.I.

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. – Heart & Stroke P.E.I., in partnership with Organized Stroke Care, P.E.I. and Health P.E.I, is presenting Living Life After Stroke, a series of free information sessions this month for stroke survivors and family members, providing opportunities to engage with other survivors and caregivers.

Healthy Eating after a Stroke will be presented at the Charlottetown Superstore Community Room beginning today. 6:30-8 p.m., with registered dietitian Katelyn MacLean.

Life after Stroke: cognition, fatigue and emotions is at Summerside Superstore Community Room on Thursday, May 24, 6:30-8 p.m., with Dawn Martin, social worker, Sarah Dykerman, occupational therapist, Ambulatory Stroke Rehabilitation Services.

Healthy Eating after a Stroke is at the Montague Library on Saturday, June 9, 10-11:30 a.m., with registered dietitian Katelyn MacLean.

Healthy Eating after a Stroke is also at the Summerside Superstore Community Room on Thursday, June 14, 6:30-8 p.m., with Angela Dawson, registered dietician.
