As part of a major investment towards expanding its retail footprint, Eastlink has opened the doors to a new location at the Charlottetown Mall.
"We are more focused than ever on providing the best customer experience possible," says Lee Bragg, CEO Eastlink. "As we make the foray into the wireless market, the addition of these new locations makes Eastlink even more accessible."
The new retail environment is designed to promote a warm, inviting and family-friendly atmosphere. Parents of young children can experience Eastlink's video entertainment services in the comfort of a home theatre-like setting, while the little ones enjoy a kid zone designed with them in mind. In addition to the more modern look, Eastlink's new locations offer a larger, more open concept to facilitate a highly interactive, hands-on experience of all the company's products and services, which will soon include Eastlink's much anticipated wireless products later this year.
"When we designed the new retail environment we did so with the objective of inviting our customers to experience the full range of what we have to offer like OnDemand, HD, 3D and Whole Home DVR, and have fun doing it," says Bragg.
"Soon, our customers will be able to enjoy that same experience with our wireless products, which we expect will be very popular bundled with our existing products and services."
