EI denied

Marlene Geirsdorf of Lower Montague staged a protest outside of the Service Canada Centre in Montague after being denied EI benefits because she won't take a job in Charlottetown since she has no transportation to get to the city.

    Good luck finding a job anywhere on Island now! When one job doesn't suit, you try to find another one first if you are a responsible person.

      WOW !!! Nice response people !!! Why not assist and offer the girl a ride to Ch'town, if you yourself work there or connect her with people who drive in daily. I am shock with the thinking process of Bob and Maegan, sounds like dog eat dog attitude. Real christain like Ahhhh !!!!! Pathetic !!
