P.E.I. F.C. rolls over Fundy United

SoccerStop P.E.I. F.C. remains undefeated after a pair of lopsided weekend wins over Fundy United in McCain New Brunswick Premier Soccer League action.

P.E.I. won 7-0 Saturday and 6-0 Sunday. They have outscored Fundy 27-1 in four contests this season.

P.E.I. F.C. improved to 6-0 on the season, but the weekend victories were the team’s first on the road this year. Fundy is 0-6. Jared Murphy and Adam Lowther each had two goals today while singles went to Matt Thomson, Harmi Singh and Kieran Moore. Brett MacDonald recorded the shutout.

Murphy scored twice on Sunday while Thomson, Moore, Lucas Holmes and Jeff Moore had singles. Dave Feener had the shutout.

Murphy has seven goals this season followed by Lowther, who has five.
