Murphy, Lowther score twice in P.E.I. F.C. victory

SoccerStop P.E.I. F.C. scored another lopsided win against Fundy United today in McCain New Brunswick Premier Soccer League action.

The Island squad won 7-0 in Quispamsis, N.B., and has outscored Fundy 21-1 in three contests this season.

P.E.I. F.C. improved to 5-0 on the season, but today’s win was its first on the road.

Jared Murphy and Adam Lowther each had two goals today while singles went to Matt Thomson, Harmi Singh and Kieran Moore.

Brett MacDonald recorded the shutout.

The teams play Sunday at 11 a.m. with Dave Feener expected to be the starting keeper.
