Islanders playoff game postponed by storm

Game 4 to be played Thursday at 7 p.m.

Tonight’s Charlottetown Islanders playoff game has been postponed.

Quebec Major Junior Hockey League officials, the Islanders and the Halifax Mooseheads made the decision Wednesday at 2 p.m.

Game 4 will be played Thursday at 7 p.m.

The Mooseheads lead the best-of-seven series 3-0.

Tickets for tonight’s game will be used Thursday. Tickets can be purchased online anytime at www.eastlinkcentrepei.com or through the Eastlink Centre Box Office in person or by phone (902-629-6625) tomorrow. The box office opens at 11 a.m. on Thursday.

Tonight's postponement will not impact Game 5, which is scheduled for Friday at 7 p.m. in Halifax, if necessary.
