Cadorette named QMJHL first star of week

Baie-Comeau's Philippe Cadorette, Quebec's Adam Erne and Gatineau's Anthony Brodeur are the first, second and third stars of the week, respectively, in the QMJHL.

Cadorette went 2-0, including a shutout, with a 0.50 goals against-average and a .989 save percentage, while Erne had five goals and 10 points in four games.

Brodeur went 1-1 with a 0.50 GAA and a .982 save percentage and set a new Olympiques record for shutout minutes (194 minutes, 28 seconds), breaking the old mark set by Frédéric Malette in 1997-98.
