Chiasson has three-point night in Caps win

Danny Chiasson had two goals and an assist to lead the Summerside Western Capitals to a 4-3 victory over the Amherst Ramblers Saturday in Maritime Hockey League action.

JP Harvey had a goal and an assist while Thomas Stavert also scored in the win. Colton Parsons had two assists while singles went to Justin Rasmussen, Patrick Volpe and Mitchell Maynard.

Ben Berisha had a goal and an assist to lead Amherst. Kody Orr also scored while Patrick Harrison had two helpers.

Kevin Bailie made 32 saves for the win in front of 1,564 fans at the Amherst Stadium while the Capitals fired 27 shots at Richard Tingley.

Summerside led 2-0 after the first but the Ramblers tied it 2-2 after 40 minutes of play.

The Capitals host the Ramblers Sunday at 2 p.m. in its last home game of the regular season.
