Rocket hold on for win

Louick Marcotte had three points as the P.E.I. Rocket defeated the Drummondville Voltigeurs 7-5 Thursday in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.

Marcotte scored two goals while singles went to Matej Beran, Yan-Pavel Laplante, Victor Provencher, Josh Currie and Ben Duffy. Assists went to Troy Vance, Jimmy Oligny, Marcotte, Duffy, Alex Micallef, Jack Nevins, Currie, Laplante and Deverick Ottereyes.

The Rocket led 6-2 going to the third but was able to collect the victory in a game that saw all four goalies see the ice.

The win improved the Rocket to 33-22-2.
