The Acadie-Bathurst Titan beat the P.E.I. Rocket 6-1 tonight in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action in Charlottetown.

Titan leading scorer Zach O'Brien led the way with three assists. Michael Beaudry had two goals while singles went to Matthew Bissonette, Andrew Meredith, Francois Godin and Raphael Lafontaine.

Louick Marcotte scored a goal late to break Jacob Brennan's shutout. The Titan improves to 15-20-4-1 while Rocket falls to 21-15-2-0.

The Rocket was 4-0 this season against the Titan.

P.E.I. returns to action Saturday when they travel to Saint John to play the Sea Dogs at 5 p.m. before hosting Halifax Sunday at 3 p.m. More later...
