The P.E.I. Rocket’s four-game winning streak is over.
The Rocket lost 4-1 Saturday against the Victoriaville Tigers.
Philippe Halley scored two power-play goals to lead the host team to victory while Philippe Hudon and Petr Sidlik added singles. Phillip Danault had four assists in the win while Sidlik, Carl-Antoine Delisle, Angelo Miceli and Hudon had singles.
Tomas Pavelka from Ben Duffy provided all the offence for the Rocket.
Brandon Whitney made 30 saves for the win while Antoine Bibeau made 28 saves in the loss.
P.E.I. was outshot 11-6 and 14-10 in the first two periods but rebounded in the third for a 15-7 advantage.
P.E.I. drops to 17-11-2 while Victoriaville improves to 13-13-2-3. The loss comes a week after the Rocket beat the Tigers 4-1 in Charlottetown.
The Rocket is back in action Sunday when it travels to Rimouski for a 5 p.m. Atlantic game with the Oceanic.
