McCloskey, Quilty presented with awards on Friday

STRATFORD, Ont.  – Two members of the P.E.I. women’s representative were presented with awards at the 2016 Canadian junior curling championships on Friday night.

Chloé McCloskey, who won the Jean Mead award and scholarship last year and throws fourth stones for the Katie Fullerton rink from Cornwall, received the women’s Ken Watson sportsmanship award.

McCloskey’s teammate Aleya Quilty won the Fair Play award for the women’s lead position as voted on by the officials.
